Returns & Exchange Policy

Please note: We have a strict No Refund and No Return policy. We only offer exchanges under the conditions mentioned below.


  1. Order Cancellations
    We kindly request that you do not cancel or reject Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, as Digital Dress Room incurs shipping charges for these orders.
    If you wish to cancel, please do so within 2 hours of placing the order.

  2. Exchange Policy

    • Items can only be exchanged for another product of the same value.

    • To initiate an exchange, please email us at customercare@digitaldressroom.com with your order details and a valid reason for the return.

    • Alternatively, you can raise an exchange request via WhatsApp at +91 93222 19437.

  3. Return & Pickup Process

    • Once your exchange request is approved by our team, kindly pack the item in its original packaging.

    • We will arrange a pickup. Please hand over the product in its original condition to the pickup agent.

    • Your exchange order will be dispatched once we receive and verify the returned product.

  4. Exchange Eligibility

    • Items are eligible for exchange only if the request is raised within 2 days of delivery.

    • All products must be returned in original condition, with tags, accessories, and packaging intact.

  5. Damaged or Tampered Parcels

    • If you believe the parcel has been tampered with or damaged by the courier partner, do not accept the delivery.

    • If you accept it, we will assume the parcel was received in good condition.

    • No claims for missing or damaged items will be entertained after acceptance, as we maintain proof of all items dispatched from our warehouse.

  6. Customer Misuse of Policy
    Digital Dress Room reserves the right to deny service and block customers who misuse our exchange policy.

  7. Non-Exchangeable Items

    • Products damaged while in the customer’s care will not be eligible for exchange.

    • Rakhis and customized/personalized products are strictly non-exchangeable.

  8. Custom Duties
    Any customs duty charged by authorities will not be borne by Digital Dress Room and will be deducted from any applicable credit amount.

  9. Exchange Credit Option
    Customers may choose to receive:

    • A replacement product of the same value, OR

    • A store credit coupon worth the product amount for future purchases.

  10. Condition of Returned Items

    • If we receive a product that is damaged, used, or not in its original condition, the exchange will be denied.

    • The item will be returned to the customer at an additional shipping charge.

  11. Proof for Faster Resolution

    • For faster resolution, we recommend recording a video while unboxing the parcel.

    • If the parcel appears tampered with during delivery, do not accept it. If you do, we will assume it was received intact.
